Q: Why is JPM Enterprises not listed in the telephone book?
A: The reason is we have to target our market. For example, if we are listed in the phone book we would receive a request for service from Maryville, another from Knoxville, and another from Sevierville. All of our profits would be spent driving from county to county to paint the number for only one residence. We work neighborhood to neighborhood so that we can offer you the best price for the quality of work we provide.
Q: Are you a local person?
A: Yes. I live in South Knoxville.
Q: Is what I do legal?
A: Yes. We are authorized to do this type of work because we have been issued a license by the city or county in which you live. The city makes certain we use the proper type of paint and proper painting technique. It is the resident's choice to have it painted or not.
Q: Do you post fliers on mailboxes?
A: No, we do not post fliers on mailboxes. We do tape fliers on paper boxes or mailbox posts. Fliers are not placed inside mailboxes or taped to the outside of mailboxes due to Federal regulations.
